Customer Service from Melvin Is Amazing! I have been taking my Ford Focus to Kelly Ford for years. I've had so many problems with this car...it's a real Lemon. He's patient and professional and able to explain problems and repairs clearly and quickly. He goes above and beyond for his customers and recently worked very hard to secure a loaner car for me when my car repairs were delayed because the parts had to be ordered. Melvin's friendliness and forthright communication style help diffuse the most stressful situations. He's a true asset to the company. More

Awesome Service! Recently bought a used truck from Kelly Ford. Went to do my first oil change and found and issue with the oil pan drain plug. Brought it in to have it looked at, and they replaced the oil pan with no questions asked and even gave me an oil chance and filter on the house.
