Upon meeting George when my parents bought their Ford Fusion Hybrid, I found him to be a very friendly and knowledgable salesperson. So, my husband and I wanted to deal with him when we purchased our 20 Fusion Hybrid, I found him to be a very friendly and knowledgable salesperson. Since there were no Escape Hybrids on the lot, he was very efficient at locating one the color and options we wanted and spoke to us on the phone several times. George did everything he could to get us the price we could afford and did not pressure us into making a purchase. He was very efficient with our paperwork and having the car available when it was conventient for us. He introduced us to the service team. George was very knowledgable with the sync services. There is a rental guy ready and willing to help and does so happily and in economical ranges. My vehicle is trusted to nobody else for major work. They even have a thrifty place for small backyard type services as oil changes ,, tire rotation, next to the dealership that honors warranty work or is able to certify work for recommended service needs. They honor credit cards and have a clean waiting area with plenty of things to do while waiting if one so chooses. the auto when out of shop is parked handy the customer. the bills are clear and explained by the service department to my satisfaction. They call me when the vehicle is ready for pickup and when called the dealershp answering system is quite easy to navigate. I find the detailed prompts on it convenient and time saving. I am convinced Ford goes over the top to please thier customers with a proactive philosophy in customer service. Thank you, Thomas Ford for being there when it counts, a true friend. More

I made an appointment because my windshield washer fluid was not working. I arrived on time for my appointment and got my car back three hours later. I was told that the hose for the fluid was bad. I thought the bill was high...$20.00 for the hose and $98.00 for the labor. So, $108.00 to replace a little bit of hose. My husband is a professional driver. He asked his maintenance people about the job. He thought something was wrong too. His maintenance people said the hose sells in bulk for .21 (twenty-one cents) per foot. And there is a maintenance "Bible" that estimates the time to complete jobs. This job "jobs-out at .25 hours. So, am I unhappy with the service I got. You bet I am. And Thomas Ford asked me to tell everyone I know about the experience I had. I will be doing that for sure. More

Sync is a complicated comunication system and George explained it in a way we could easily understand and set me to the Sync System in the computer. He also did an excellent job explaining the technology of the vehicle and demonstrated it. He showed us where service and maintaince takes place. Everyone was helpful in the transfering of my registration and insurance from my old car to the new one so I could have it the same day.
