TJ was great. Everything was taken care of on time and was done right the first time. The price for the part and the labor was decent. I think the thing that I like most about Thomas Ford's service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is service department is that they try very hard to satisfy my needs for the least amount of money. I'm not saying that the cost of repairing my car is low, just that I don't get the sense that they look for things to repair that don't need it and do the work that really needs to be done for me to have a safe car. Once I had a problem with the service and complained about it. I was asked to bring my car in and the concern was addressed at no cost to me. It is hard to imagine that many dealers or independent garages would have done it this way. I think many dealers get a bad reputation for overcharging the work that is done on a car. While I may be paying more for my service, I have believe that it is done by people who care about what they do and who use the best quality parts for the car. If you're going to spend money to repair your car, I think it's worth paying a little extra knowing that the people who fixe it will stand behind their work. More

I was very pleased with Thomas Ford of Beverly since the first contact. The lady at the service desk name Barbie promptly great me as soon as I walked in to drop off my car. She called me as soon as my car was ready, than we re-schedule an appointment at my leisure, to have a new part changed, which she placed the order.
