Called to purchase a NEW 77K truck. They had a black one. It had a deposit so I couldn’t purchase it. They had a white one. I called back the next day MULTIPLE times to speak to the New car sales manager I s It had a deposit so I couldn’t purchase it. They had a white one. I called back the next day MULTIPLE times to speak to the New car sales manager I spoke to the day before (who was very nice) and was supposedly busy all day with a customer. So you’re telling me that he didn’t have 5 min to call me back or answer my call when I’m literally ready to buy a truck right now? It’s almost as if I kept getting blocked by others to not speak with him. HEATHER is super rude and terrible. I spoke to her first to begin with and she was terrible from the start. That’s why i asked to speak directly with the manager. I was transferred back to heather today who again made me feel as though me literally telling her I’m ready to buy the truck NOW wasn’t good enough and she side railed me. Yes I’m out of state but I could’ve paid money down over the phone and docs sent out same day! I purchased the same truck elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service here and avoid HEATHER. More

There’s no doubt buying a car can be a headache and time consuming process, not with Alberto. He throughly went over all bells and whistle, taught me how to operate the tech, gave me a killer deal, lastly consuming process, not with Alberto.
