Very Disappointed in Deceiving Practices I requested a quote to buy a new vehicle online, and was given a very competitive price. When i went in to purchase the car, i was told i needed to I requested a quote to buy a new vehicle online, and was given a very competitive price. When i went in to purchase the car, i was told i needed to return the next day due to them going to close in 30 minutes. When I returned the next day I was told the price had gone up $1000 from the price that was previously written to me. When I asked for the company to be reasonable with me and not try to nickel and dime me for every penny they possibly could they refused. Overall, wasted 5 hours going there and back twice only to have had "Honda" raise the price $1000 the last minute. When I wrote the sales manager my experience I never received a response. Long story short, I told Boch Dealership what happened and the manager immediately agreed to match the price Honda Cars of Boston originally gave me. I took my business there. More

My experience with John Fitzpatrick at Honda cars of Boston was by far the best experience I have ever had as a customer! He took such good care of me, really paid attention to what I was looking for, and was not at all pushy.
