My new Honda Ridgeline After 2 years thinking to get a new car, i finally decided in 2018 start the process, I went to 3 dealers in total, the 2 previous of Honda Cars of Bo After 2 years thinking to get a new car, i finally decided in 2018 start the process, I went to 3 dealers in total, the 2 previous of Honda Cars of Boston were awful (pushing and liers). I was first contact by Rocky Iudiciani, nice emails and friendly, never pressure to buy. Then went i visited the dealer and was connect with Ataan, very nice person, he listed my needs of my new car, did not try to sell me nothing extra that i dont need, i did not received the famous quote “let me talk with the manager” or “my manager want to see you” like other car dealers do. He hardly the business very profesional and respefully. Dealing with A.J Rana also was a very pleasant experience, very nice people all, and very professional, Thanks More

BEST customer service I have EVER received I just wanted to take the time to write this amazing review on these guys. I usually do not write reviews on people but the customer service here was I just wanted to take the time to write this amazing review on these guys. I usually do not write reviews on people but the customer service here was exceptional. This process of getting a car was such a roller coaster. I had about an hour conversation with Ricardo, sales consultant, and he worked with his manager Oscar to get me approved for a loan. At first I got denied but Oscar did not give up on me and advocated for me so that the bank would reconsider and approve the loan. Eventually the bank did and I want to thank these guys for doing such an amazing work. After going through all the paperwork and getting approved I had no way of getting to the dealership to get my car. The dealership arranged to pick me up from work 30 minutes away to finish up paperwork. My phone had died and I was worried about my work and family not being able to get in touch with me and Darly was kind enough to let me use his charger. Since I was out of work for too long these gentlemen had made sure I could get my car that day and drove me back to work. Later that night I had the car delivered personally by Oscar and Ricardo to my house which they did not have to do. Even with all the hardship through this process they made me feel comfortable and helped me get the car I wanted. I definitely recommend anyone that decides to buy a car to come to Honda Cars of Boston and come see these guys. It will definitely be worth it. More
