He was very helpful, professional and friendly, and the transaction went smoothly. In addition, Amanda Barry welcomed me to the dealership. A few days later, she was extremely efficient and helpful in handling a registration glitch on the part of my insurance company. The problem was resolved quickly due to Amanda's intervention. After my first 2014 Accord total, I thought about Ford, but I chose Honda Cars of Boston again, just because how friendly they are, and Alex quoted me the greatest price on the market. Alex assigned Isaac for my second time purchase, and Isaac was very nice, and give me a smooth delivery process. And now, I just came there with my friends again for 2015 CR-V, both Alex and Isaac treated us very well, my friend said he would like to deal with them even if them quote him a higher price just because how nice they were, but of course they gave my friend a great deal at last. Now, my sales person Ataan Kurgun was AWESOME.....I told him what I was looking for in a car and he made it his goal to make sure i got everything I wanted in a car and more. He showed how all the features in the car worked, setup my bluetooth and radio stations. I'm thrilled and excited at the same time and its all because of the guys at Honda Cars of Boston!!! John is the most alert, energetic, funny, straightforward sales representative I have ever met. I've been to many dealers before in searching for a car for my girlfriend and then my own car. John has been the best sales rep to date. He took the edge out of the car buying experience and negotiated a fair deal. No time was inefficiently wasted. He walked quickly. He presented his sales objectives but was keen on finding the correct sale for me. There was no bull$#!^. The whole experience felt similar to buying a new pair of work boots. The shoe fit and I walked away feeling confident and comfortable in the car and the sale. John brought service to sales. His job felt definitively to assist me at Honda. I strongly feel as though he could better serve Honda in a regional sales training position. His time would be better served teaching other people how to bring what he brings to the table. Hustle, integrity, intuition, and personality. He should write a book. When he retires his name will be a sales explitive. Ex. "I'm going to pull a Fitzing Fitzpatrick out of my fitz and bring this Jfitzing dealership twice as far past the sales quota for this quarter; it's the mother Fitzing fitzalina wine mixer."
