Working with John made the experience of buying a car so much easier. My father who accompanied me also liked the dealership, and his reason for being there was to primarily watch for the sharks. First of all I must note that this dealership really does sell cars, so if you see something your interested in try to lock it down as soon as possible. The car I was interested was a Honda Civic 2010 was sold so we found another civic. John let us test drive the car immediately. We have not even walked inside the dealership yet, he got the key and let me and my dad test drive. He said "Buying a car is like buying a pair of shoes, you gotta try it before you buy it." After our test drive we're ready to talk money. Little did we know, while we were on the test drive, the car had actually been sold!! John finds another civic 2010 around our price range. We test drove it and we closed a deal on it. The money part wasn't bad at all! I did my homework, I knew my credit and what type of rate I should expect. I pretty much knew what my monthly payment would be. Being 25yrs old, I have some more building to do, but I can say I am proud of my credit now. I got a rate which I deserved. I did not have to go into negotiations or shop with other dealers/banks. I'm a first time buyer of car, this is the second dealership I ever visited. They pretty much did all the work. I did not have to stress about banks trying to advantage of me. I know where I'm going first when need another car down the line. More

We were greeted at the dealership by Ataan who was very friendly, we told him what we wanted and the price Amanda quoted us, he said there was no problem in honoring that price and we essentially just picked our color, took a quick drive, came back and signed the papers. Ataan made the whole process easy, with no hidden fees and no "hard sell" approach. We drove the car home that day and couldn't be more pleased with our new car! More

I had been shopping for a new/used car for several weeks and honestly I had no preference on car make and I looked at other dealers and I felt like everywhere else that I went they tried to shove a pen in m and honestly I had no preference on car make and I looked at other dealers and I felt like everywhere else that I went they tried to shove a pen in my hand and make me sign a deal before even looking at any cars. Roberto Torres at the greater Honda cars of Boston was extremely helpful, he walked around with us for over two hours just showing us the different models and helped us find the car that was right for my wife and me. He was not pushy at all but rather seemed like he was actually there to help me get something that I would enjoy driving and actually be able to afford. I have had my Honda Civic for about two weeks now and I have no regrets, I would recommend going to this Honda dealer to anybody and look for Roberto Torres. More
I have bought my cars from HCofB for 24 years, and have gone to them for service for probably 27 years. I started having my '82 serviced there because their prices were very competitive and the attitude w gone to them for service for probably 27 years. When my'89 was effectively totaled right after I bought it, they went out of their way to help me get a duplicate for very little additional money, treating my repaired car as a trade-in. With all that tradition and experience, small wonder I went back to HCofB without much thought. When I found that there wrere less expensive alternatives at other dealers, they worked with me to get me precisely the car I wanted without costing me a great deal more. They were very attentive and cared that I get the exact car with all the options i wanted. I can only recommend them very highly. More
I have been purchasing vehicles for myself and family for over 30 years. I was exhausted with the car salesmen & woman philosophy in my immediate area in the Harvard MA, area. With all the educational material online, I was clearly able to recognize what the actual value of my trade in would be and what the lowest price on a new vehicle (Honda CRV EX-L AWD w/ NAV) should be, without it being aggravating. So this friend through a friend recommended Honda of Everett. I contacted one of the owners Paul Giacchino and he assured us we would have a no nonsense, pleasurable experience. He provide us with the lowest price during our initial discussion. Then as promised and without hours of negotiating and gave us the amount we requested on the trade in. Other dealers were much higher on the vehicle and in some cases 2000.00 less on our trade in. Then the sales man, John Fitzpatrick was assigned to us and his greatest attribute was adhering to our guidelines of no nonsense while the customer service was second to none as he communicated with us during each step. John went above and beyond recognizing that we were intelligent customers whom deserved to be treated as customers not a pay check. He called us even after we left the dealership to make sure we made it home safely and enjoyed the new vehicle. Oscar Calcedo in financing which is the second hurdle every customer dreads was handled professionally and with the customer in mind. The Honda CRV EX-L w/NAV & AWD, was prepped and ready to drive upon our arrival. Paul Giacchino, even took the time to come down to greet us and discuss our choice. The entire process has made us not fear the car buying process in the future. As we will only go back to them for future Honda's. John Fitzi is as friendly and knowledgable a salesman as you'll ever find. He knows his stuff and seems to read people well. He knew I was already convinced on Honda, so he didn't push me or try to "sell" me on any specific model. He listened --omg! A salesman who listens!-- to what I wanted and answered every question I had. I liked him. A lot. I also liked Joe Avilla, Fitzi's manager. He worked with us to get to a place where we felt we were getting a good deal and investing in a vehicle that would serve our needs. Again--likable guy. Knew his job and did it we'll. Oscar Caicedo in financing was the same. Personable, professional, and patient. Did his job we'll and made me feel like my satisfaction mattered to him. Each of these men individually did his job with confidence and efficiency, and that made buying a car as painless as possible. But it also makes the staff at Honda Cars of Boston a great team. Today was a good day, and I appreciated the courtesy I was shown. I felt not like these guys wanted to sell me a car, but that they wanted me to find a car I would be happy to drive. There's a big difference there. I am a Honda lifer, and as long as I live in this region, Honda Cars of Boston will get my business. They earned it. More
