John was great to work with. He was straight forward and I got a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. I originally wanted to buy from Muhammad and Honda Cars of Boston because they treated me so well the first time I visited, but had to stick with the lower price offered by Bernardi. It just so happened that right when I was about to pull the plug and buy from Bernardi, a last minute call from Muhammad had me driving back up to Everett where I ultimately purchased a car. I could not be happier than to give the sale to someone I liked and who treated me with honesty and respect. I'll be looking for Muhammad in a few years when I buy my next car. Oscar Caicedo - Oscar is a straight forward and truly nice guy. He worked with me to get me the price that I wanted and was really cool in the process. Honda Cars Of Boston - The dealership doesn't look like the standard Honda moon base with the fancy futurist show room, but what it doesn't have in aesthetic appeal, it makes up for with friendly staff. I went to three dealerships in total and ended up buying from Honda Cars of Boston. I got a solid car in superb condition (as promised) at a great price. I'll be back for my next Honda! More

There are so many wonderful bits and stories from working with the folks at Honda Cars of Boston, especially John Fitzpatrick. My wife and I needed a new car as we're soon having a baby (went from a coupe to with the folks at Honda Cars of Boston, especially John Fitzpatrick. My wife and I needed a new car as we're soon having a baby (went from a coupe to a sedan). John Fitzpatrick was the first man I saw upon entering and he was friendly, helpful, and encouraging right from start to finish. John gave us a price I thought was good, Dean talked me through the trade-in value of our car, and we left with a great new-used 2010 civic. That should have been the end of it but John has gone out of his way time and time again since buying the car to make sure our experience was excellent. Upon receiving the car we had to come back for inspection a day or so later. As I came in, John noticed that someone must have hit my car over New Years night. The bumper had been smacked out of place and there was a streak of paint on the bottom part. Hadn't had the car two days and someone had already hit our car! Immediately John told me not to worry. He talked with the service department and the guys at Honda Cars fixed it free of charge. In addition, while we waited for the inspection they let us borrow another car on the lot to get something to eat. Amazingly friendly, helpful, and understanding service and professionalism. John Fitzpatrick told us immediately that it's a great place to work and I can see why with amazing guys like him working there. Thanks again, John and all the folks at Honda Cars of Boston. Highly recommend John Fitzpatrick if you're looking for a warm, hilarious, and honest experience buying a car... not to mention knowing you have someone who is watching out for your best interest and is realistic about cars! Mo helped out us a lot very professional and attentive to My Mother's need of a new car. We purchased our HONDA ODYSSEY 2008 in here as well, thats why we bring over my Mom who wants a new car, and actually the old car that my Mom had before was purchased here also and its up to date as far as the maintenance is concernde so even though the car is old (1996 HONDA ACCORD LX), its still in good shape and still running well. We always have good service rep who take care of us (Reggie) whenever we serviced the ODYSSEY we are very at home in HONDA CARS OF BOSTON. More
