This was my first visit to a Honda dealership, I didn't know if I wanted a new or used car, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Honda. But once I arrived at Honda Cars of Boston I was impressed by the ph didn't know if I wanted a new or used car, I wasn't even sure I wanted a Honda. But once I arrived at Honda Cars of Boston I was impressed by the physical condition of the dealership, and the friendly and courteous staff - from Robert Giacchino, the owner, to Dean Talley, the GM, to John Fitzpatrick, the Sales Consultant, to AJ Rana, the Finance Manager, to all the fine service employees who prepared the vehicle for pick up. John didn't try and oversell he just listened to my requirements and my wish list and presented several choices which fit my needs and almost all of my wants without exceeding my budget which was the most critical element to me. Once I chose my "new" car, AJ Rana provided several reasonable options to purchase my car, once again there was no effort to oversell warranties or options. I've bought several cars in my lifetime, but this is the first time I truly enjoyed the purchase and the process. I will be buying all my future cars at Honda Cars of Boston with the assistance of my Sales Consultant, John Fitzpatrick and my Finance Manager, AJ Rana. More

I have bought cars from big dealerships, small lots, and private sales. Honda Cars of Boston was an exceptional experience, with qualified salesmen who know their product well and care about their customers. I picked up my car a little over two weeks ago and have never been happier. If you are looking for a Honda, this is the dealership to go to!!!! I strongly recommend it. More

Everyone in there was very pleasant! I am fairly new to the Boston area and was in the process of looking for a dependable car for my commute. But when I got to Boston Honda, what I didn't know is what kind of service i would receive! I was directed to John Fitzpatrick of sales. Feeling a little lost and confused as to what would be the best car to buy (new/used/lease/buy), John was nothing short of a wealth of information. He made my buying decision easy, worry-free and above all, comfortable. I asked him loads of questions, since I wasn't exactly sure what would be the best fit for me, and he helped me crunch numbers and get me down to the bottom line. Quickly learning that he had daughters around my same age, I felt completely at ease that he was steering me in the right direction.
