I had contacted the dealership in advance, and upon arrival, I was able to immediately test-drive the model that I had inquired about, and then to talk through colors and options with a respectful and knowledgeable sales representative. The price that I was quoted in person was actually better than the price I had spotted on their website, and this dealership game me a good trade-in value for my 11-year-old car. I felt that I was a genuinely valued customer, and that my sales rep went through an effort to ensure that I was getting the best car possible within the price bracket I asked for.
