Beware: If they quote you a price for a vehicle, they may not honor it. Saw a vehicle on their site on Saturday. E-mailed asking for details and was quoted a price and asked to schedule an appointment to not honor it. Saw a vehicle on their site on Saturday. E-mailed asking for details and was quoted a price and asked to schedule an appointment to see it. Called Monday to schedule an appointment and the price of the vehicle had increased by $2k due to "market changes". They would not honor the old price despite the fact that no changes had been made to the vehicle. In my mind, that's incredibly shady. Don't quote a price for a customer unless you're able to honor it two days later when they want to come see the vehicle. More

Matthew treated us with respect and professionalism in every way. He explained everything that was being done and explained results of the brake and tire tread assessment we asked for. As far as the dealership is concerned, they have always been transparent and delivered fair pricing whether it involved a trade-in with purchase or a routine service call. McGovern Toyota was extremely responsive to my problem. My check engine light was on and I needed it remedied quickly. Dave got me in, identified the issue, fixed it and sent me on my way in under two hour My check engine light was on and I needed it remedied quickly. He also saw I was due for Toyota Care oil change and tire rotation and performed these as well. Kudos to Dave and the whole service department. I plan on continuing my Toyota Highlander Hybrid service with them. More
