A great place! I am the owner of an used Toyota and have my car serviced here. Even though I didn't buy the car here, they treated me as if I did. I have been buying Toyota parts since the early 90's from all across the country from Florida to California and everywhere in between and no one in the country or on the web can match Elmhurst for sourcing Toyota parts! If you were able to have the pleasure of getting parts from the legend Curt Aigner then you know the caliber of people I am talking about and fear not, Stan Hopper is here with the same level of technical knowledge and customer service. I have never dealt with a more knowledgable staff with better customer service and not to mention the BEST prices in the country! My toyotas ,especially my supras, are my babies. I work hard to pay for them and buy parts and I do business at Elmhurst because they understand that and they treat me as a priority. I will always order parts from Stan Hopper at Elmhurst because they take care of their customers. Customer service is a lost art and it sounds cliche but I really do feel taken care of by these people and they have earned my business for life. Stan Hopper is an asset to the Toyota family and his knowledge and talents will keep me a very happy customer for as long as I am able to drive. From the first time I talked to Tommy Mulak at Elmhurst Toyota Scion, my stress level began decreasing. The wrecker delivered the vehicle to the service department while I found another vehicle to use. By the time I returned to formalize my repair work order, Tom had researched the source of the issue and had even more reassuring news about the likely repair. The repair ended up just as promised. It is very unsettling placing my vehicle in someone's hands that I am unfamiliar with, I am glad it ended up here. Professional service. More

He reacted quickly to my requests and assisted with part numbers, shipping was fast for a holiday weekend. Communication was key. It's now easy for me to go through Curt to find genuine OEM TOYOTA SUPRA parts instead of researching extensively. Great customer service, fast shipping, amazing experience. I would like to begin by sending a very big THANK YOU to Curt over at Elmhurst Toyota. After contacting him to inquire about some prices for a few par I would like to begin by sending a very big THANK YOU to Curt over at Elmhurst Toyota. After contacting him to inquire about some prices for a few parts for my Supra, he responded within a few hours or so with a printed up estimate. He also explained that some of the parts that I needed were on back order from TRD and that he did not know exactly when he would be getting them. Since I desperately needed them, I went ahead and ordered them from MVP Motorsports, which was a big mistake on my part. Long story short, they were deceiving and had bad customer service. It has been about two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. Anyway, back to Curt and Elmhurst Toyota...I then contacted Curt again asking about the parts that I needed since MVP screwed me over, he told me that they should have some in stock within a couple of days and that I should check back then. I did, and sure enough he was a man of his word. Within 30 minutes we exchanged a few emails and the order was placed. I even received the tracking number within those 30 minutes. I received the package yesterday, which was less than a week from when I ordered it. Just AWESOME! I forgot to mention that his prices are great too! I saved $60 by ordering my motor mounts through Curt rather than MVP. I can't express enough how happy I was and am with the service that he provided. This is the perfect example of customer service. I can go on and on about how great they are and how amazingly awesome Curt is, but why don't you find out for yourself? You won't regret it, trust me. Thanks again! Chris More
