Once my concerns were brought to their attention, they went above and beyond to completely rectify the situation, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Pat McGrath's team acted swiftly and decisively to address my concerns. The dealership's management, including the general manager, Mark Updegraff, and the used vehicle sales director, Mason Schultz, were both amazing and took my feedback very seriously. They immediately offered to fix things. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to making things right and ensuring my satisfaction. They recognized the importance of providing me with a vehicle that suits my needs as a disabled Army veteran. They have not only addressed the issues I encountered, but have also taken steps to ensure that such situations are less likely to occur in the future. While my recent experience initially left me disappointed, it's their swift and effective response that has ultimately and completely restored my faith in their dealership. At the day I grabbed my car, he gave me a quick course on how to use and operate the system, and did me a favor, drove me back home, since I didn’t get my driver’s license (only had permit) that day, which meant that I was not allowed to drove my own car back by myself unless someone who have driver’s license seated beside me. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends if they need a car. Overall it was a pleasant experience! More

Damon Koppes showed us some great vehicles at Toyota of Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go Iowa City. Our car buying adventure then took us to McGrath Used Car Superstore where we purchased a VW Atlas Cross Sport but the process did not go smoothly. We then experienced technical issues with our new purchase - not wanting to go back to the Cedar Rapids McGrath location we reached out to Damon for help. He is handling the situation expertly. Damon volunteered to take the SUV back to Cedar Rapids and get it diagnosed at their VW dealership. He lined up a loaner for us and has been in contact with us throughout the entire process. Damon received no financial reward for this - he is just a really great guy. I think that is what they mean when they say you are part of the McGrath family. Thank you very much Damon Koppes.
