Tyler was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew what all of my options were, so that I would be able to get into a car that I would be happy with...and I am! out of his way to make sure that I knew what all of my options were, so that I would be able to get into a car that I would be happy with...and I am!! The financial advisor that I worked with could have been a little more personable. He was professional enough, but was kind of cold and stiff and left me feeling like I was just another customer. This being the first time I have ever financed a vehicle, I would have liked to have felt a little more "special" and "unique". My daughter went in a week later and bought a car, however, before she actually got the car, this person almost had her in tears more than once, and she was very close to just walking out without the car before they finally got things worked out. I was extrememly disappointed in his treatment of her. I would be more than happy to work with Tyler again, however, if I have to deal with the same financial manager, I will be very tempted to go elsewhere, as I am sure, will be my daughter. More
