They A tire on my 2015 had a spot on the sidewall that was peeling away. They told me that it was not defective and would not replace under warranty. They told me I hit a curb. I told them I did not and they they accused me of lying to them about hitting a curb and scraping the side. Will not deal with them again and I will be calling General Motors and the BBB. More
Horrible Customer Service This dealership is horrible. I brought my car in for service and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From Don the service man This dealership is horrible. I brought my car in for service and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From Don the service manager to Jamie the owner, they are all pompous and rude. They do not value customer service at all. I will never go there again. More

next... I tried this dealer along with another one in my area to bring my 2012 corvette in to have a problem I was having with the leather seat...The service I tried this dealer along with another one in my area to bring my 2012 corvette in to have a problem I was having with the leather seat...The service manager came out took a very quick look at it and said nothing he would do and would not contact the Chevy rep. it was almost as if these service managers have a script written down.... I left the dealer and found one on suggestion from a friend in Hingham... that service manager took the time to look at the seat and discovered the seatbelt clips were cutting into the leather seat...he ordered a new seatbelt assembly and new seat trim and said it was all under warranty as the seatbelt was defective. If perhaps I was not just written off by McGees service manager he might have found the defect himself.....needless to say its time for a new dealer to service my corvette. More
AWFUL customer service. She said they had called my house phone (which I haven't had in years). Gave me attitude when I had to spell out my last name. I had told them the week before my new phone number, and that the car was in my name now, not my fathers, which they apparently didn't listen to. The employees were rude and unhelpful and told me I would have to come back tomorrow, not only inconveniencing me, but inconveniencing my ride to work. This place has awful employees, and not to mention the place looks like a complete dump (and smells like one too) don't waste your time, take the extra 20 minutes and drive to one of the other chevy dealerships. I bought a used pick-up from this dealership, and I'll just skip over the sales persons approach and over all sliminess. I bought it, because I liked the vehicle, not because of a killer deal I got. The just skip over the sales persons approach and over all sliminess. I bought it, because I liked the vehicle, not because of a killer deal I got. The truck was in a great shape overall, but when I brought it in for my first inspection, the inspector (a guy I've been going to for a few years now) said the parking brake doesn't hold in Drive. It holds in Reverse, but the car moves while in Drive and it's just idling, meaning no foot on the gas. I tried this myself, right before and after I got home, thinking maybe this guy didn't push it in all the way, or something. But no, it didn't hold. Since it's a warranty repair, I made an appointment, took half a day off from work, and drove 45 miles from the Cape for service. I waited about an hour, before someone from the service dept. came up to me asking if the truck is mine. He wanted to show me something on it. We went out to the truck and he procedes to tell me, that the brake has to be pushed in all the way to the floor in order to hold. And he pushes it all the way, then steps on the gas, brings rpm up to 1500 (state requires only 1200-1300) and the brake holds. This service person tells me they didn't have to adjust anything, it was simply what you'd call an operator error. I tried it right there and then, sure enough the brake held. I was a bit confused, trying to figure out if my inspector (and then myself) actually did make this mistake. Anyway, great, it works. I went straight back to my inspecting station, tell my guy what I was told at the dealership, and he says that he pushed it all the way to the floor 6 times and it didn't work. He took the truck in to test it again, and then he said that this time he only had to push the brake only about half way to set it. I tried this later myself, and it's true, I don't need to push that brake all the way to set it. This means that McGee service dept did adjust something, but they lied to my face about it, trying to blame their oversight on my ignorant inspector. I can promise you that I will never go back there to purchase or service another vehicle, again. And I'll will not recommend this place to anyone I know, as well. More
Very disappointed with the quality of service provided on my used purchase warranty. 2007 Mini van purchased on quickly found the AC to not be working. Brought it back and a fuse and freon was was rechar my used purchase warranty. 2007 Mini van purchased on quickly found the AC to not be working. Brought it back and a fuse and freon was was recharged, no cost, thankfully. 2 weeks later (now approaching the end of the 1 month warranty) and the AC was no longer pushing cold air. Brought it back in and left it with the dealership for a few days so they could charge it back up and test it for leaks. They managed to find one leak...a Shchrader Valve and an O-ring. Parts cost...$2, maybe? Charged me the $100 deductible. Lucky me. Refilled the Freon and sent me on my way. 2 weeks later, AC no longer pushing cold air. Take it to my normal mechanic, tests for leaks and quickly sees that a hose running from rear to front of car is leaking. Cost to rapair...$400 part and another $400 labor. Clearly they figured as long as they keep saying they fixed something, filling the AC, eventually I would be out of my warranty. Upon calling, I was told that they did check everything, and that unfortunately leaks can begin at any time. More
