Brett was awesome help!! Great guy and fun to work with I would deal with Brett any day of the week! Was honest and not pushy. That's what i like! Communication was great! As we were sitting in the vehicle looking it over, Brett came out to make sure we were ok and if we had any questions. My sons were seeing the car for the first time and we were just looking it over. You have an asset with Brett! One complaint was your finance person. Not sure of his name, no introduction (from him). Also when we were done signing papers he put them in the envelope and sat them in front of me. So I asked if that was it and he said yup. And started to walk away. I asked ok where are my keys and thankfully Brett was right there to hand them over!!! More

Brett is the Best!! My wife Sharon and I live in Marshalltown and work in Des Moines. On the drive in this morning a picture of a Ford F-150 appeared on a google article My wife Sharon and I live in Marshalltown and work in Des Moines. On the drive in this morning a picture of a Ford F-150 appeared on a google article I was reading. It was listed at McKee Auto on NE 14th St. It looked real clean from the picture so I stopped by to take a test drive. Brett Kelsey met me at the door and was most helpful and friendly. Made me feel comfortable talking with him and I did not feel pressured in any way. Well, by the end of the day my wife and I purchased the F-150. It was easy as Brett and Ron Obraza did all of the work for us. Ron was most helpful too and recommended we add a full warranty which we decided that would be a good idea since this was a used vehicle. We went with the 48 month - 48,000 mile warranty.
