Laurie was very kind and helpful, and I don't feel these issues were entirely her fault. Sadly the service took twice as long as when it used to be McKenna. When I called back to schedule my return ride there was no answer and even after I received the email notice my car was ready they still didn't call me back for a half hour. The service done on the vehicle was correct (or at least we hope so) but we're saddened with the poor communication and likely won't return now. We will probably try another local dealership. Thanks!
