Another terrible visit at McKenzie Motors. Went in to get a tire patched on my 2018 yukon. Left with a deep 8 inch gouge on the wheel from a machine that their general manager stated had done this two times a tire patched on my 2018 yukon. Left with a deep 8 inch gouge on the wheel from a machine that their general manager stated had done this two times earlier in the week. Really so why do you continue using it?? Offered to buff it out at a later date. I told them there was no way to buff this out and I wanted the wheel replaced. Left a message for the owner Lisa McKenzie and crickets. I have purchased over 300k in vehicles in the past few years. Shocked at the treatment I'm getting. I will not buy another vehicle from these people unless I receive a new wheel and a major apology.
