Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the negative experiences you and your family had with us. This isn’t the service we aim to provide, and we apologize for the miscommunication and disrespect you encountered. In regards to your daughters visit, she was made aware of the diagnostic charge multiple times while the vehicle was here. Even the case manager from Mazda confirmed that she had been informed of this charge upon the vehicle’s arrival. Mazda did extend $2000.00 goodwill for her repairs, but according to Mazda Customer Experience, it still wasn’t enough. Every time we spoke with her, the details seemed to change. To resolve the issue, we took care of the $180 diagnostic charge for her. We always strive to take care of our customers, but unfortunately, We cant always make things perfect.
