The salespeople, Kari, became a very different person after the contract was signed. I had an issue with the pre-owned vehicle I purchased, something that I mentioned to her during the test drive. All sh after the contract was signed. I had an issue with the pre-owned vehicle I purchased, something that I mentioned to her during the test drive. All she could tell me was Service was a different department. However, before the contract was signed, she was very quick to help with any of my concerns. That was not the case when I reached out to her for help with the issue I had with the vehicle. The issue was resolved, but I had to get the service manager, Wes involved. Keri didn't seem to care anything about me after the contract was signed. I see how salespeople get a bad name, after my experience with her. More
