The salespeople, Kari, became a very different person after the contract was signed. I had an issue with the pre-owned vehicle I purchased, something that I mentioned to her during the test drive. All she could tell me was Service was a different department. However, before the contract was signed, she was very quick to help with any of my concerns. That was not the case when I reached out to her for help with the issue I had with the vehicle. The issue was resolved, but I had to get the service manager, Wes involved. Keri didn't seem to care anything about me after the contract was signed. I see how salespeople get a bad name, after my experience with her. More

Had been a faithful customer of the Mazda dealership on Motor Mile in Greenville and have bought 12 cars there over the years. It has changed hands numerous times recently and the changes have not been fo Motor Mile in Greenville and have bought 12 cars there over the years. It has changed hands numerous times recently and the changes have not been for the better. I decided to take the trip to Easley and I am happy that I did. I found that Richard Lovedahl, whom I bought two cars from at the other dealership, was now the Sales Manager at McKinney. He has been building a team of his own and my salesperson was Anna Chapman. I found her courteous, knowledgeable, and motivated. If you are looking to buy a Mazda, skip the Motor Mile and make the short trip to Easley. You'll be happy that you did. More
