Shane, the service person, was not helpful on service discounts. I asked about the price on the tire rotation and he quoted the regular price. However, I found the discounted price in a matter of minutes discounts. I asked about the price on the tire rotation and he quoted the regular price. However, I found the discounted price in a matter of minutes. He also never mentioned the discount on the oil/ filter service. The coffee maker did not operate well enough for anyone to use it without staff help. I heard one of those staff helpers saying that it had been malfunctioning for awhile. Unacceptable. More

Outstanding service department that truly knows the meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down meaning of customer service. On 26 Dec. 2022, my family and I were travelling from south Alabama back to our home in Athens, Al. Our truck broke down and despite our truck not being a Nissan vehicle they still assisted us by diagnosing the error code and even examined the engine to see if they could fix. They did all this with no charge. We had to get a tow truck but could take our trailer. Anthony, the service department employee said it was ok to leave my trailer until I could come back to pick up. This dealership service department earn my utmost respect and if I lived in the clanton area I would exclusively use them to service my vehicles. More

Great service …very knowledgeable and personable. .Had a wonderful experience there …the waiting room had a TV with DIRECTV and a host of channels to choose from so it made it most enjoyable even thou .Had a wonderful experience there …the waiting room had a TV with DIRECTV and a host of channels to choose from so it made it most enjoyable even though it took three or four hours it was well worth it …and I will definitely go back the next time I need anything regarding my Nissan… they are the best!!
