Darla, the service technician was wonderful. She handled towing my vehicle, assigning a car, and even checked for recalls to do while the vehicle was there (there was one). She was a delight as since I w towing my vehicle, assigning a car, and even checked for recalls to do while the vehicle was there (there was one). She was a delight as since I was stranded away from home, she managed to dissolve a large portion of my anxiety. The part was ordered, issue fixed and recall fixed.
