Don’t do business with this place! !! The service department at this dealership is a joke. They charge double on repairs.. The communication at this dealership is also terrible. Ho !! I brought my 2023 pathfinder in for the air conditioning. It stopped working. It has 7200 miles on it. We have a double warranty. The service guy did not know where the outside temp monitor was. He suggested that this was the reason for the air not working. He said it was probably damaged. He proceeded to say they would charge a diagnostic fee to find out why it wasn’t working. He did not have to charge this fee. This is up to the dealership… another way to get more money. Charged me a diagnostic fee (dealership choice per Nissian corporation) They send me a picture of broken wires saying an animal chewed the wires. They didn’t offer to deduct the 180.00 diagnostic fee they charged me. Again this was not disclosed when purchasing the vehicle at finance time of buy the pathfinder. So I blame both the finance guy and service guy for this. If the car has a bumper to bumper and the extended warranty this fee should not be charged hut if it is then taken off the cost to fix what is broken. The total to fix the wires was over $900.00. Fast forward to now. I take to a different dealership for a 2nd opinion. The temp gauge/part had I fact been chewed by an animal so its not covered by warranty. The difference with this dealership and Mclarty is they didnt charge me a diagnostic fee bc the car is still under warranty and they cost to fix is half the price. Attitude and the way things are presented is 100% the most important part of service and treating a customer nice. While having to pay for a repair in a new car is terrible the way things are handled is very important ! So, do not do business with McClarty Nissan in Northlittle Rock, ar. !!! Superior Nissian in Conway . Ar will have all my business !!! mclarty Nissan NLR is the worst dealership I have ever delt with in my 25 years of owning numerous new vehicles! More
