They can respond to one of my numerous emails or call the number that (on Friday) Heather texted, "Car has been ready since yesterday. Are you coming to get it?" I did not respond to that unprofessional texts since no one deemed it necessary to respond to my calls, emails, or texts. I needed a vehicle. Since no loaner was offered and my calls, emails, and texts were ignored, I went through a reputable dealer. Unless management would like to speak with me about the contract being canceled and my down payment being refunded, I will be handling this situation in a different manner.
