I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey (sight unseen) on August 27, 2022 from McLarty Nissan in NLR. My ONLY request was a reliable SUV. I am a single mom of several kids, including one who is disabled. The fact that there were cigarette burns all over the vehicle and that the front seats were badly worn didn't matter as long as it was dependable. After 3 1/2 weeks it broke down. I have not had a vehicle in 8 days. I have no way to get my kids to school or therapy appointments. I have emailed managers MULTIPLE times, but I have not received ANY response. Ive called the service department and told the guy assigned to "my" vehicle was off that day. The sales woman, Heather told me Friday that she would text me "first thing in the morning" about my vehicle as soon as she could find out something. I texted her twice Saturday. It is now Thursday. Today Daniel from the service department called to tell me I can come pick up the vehicle that had to be towed in. I wish I had access to a vehicle so I could drive somewhere!! I have begged the management via email to allow me to cancel this contract so I can buy a decent vehicle. I'm going to assume that their refusal to acknowledge my emails means that they refuse to do so. I have contacted the finance company to inform them of the situation. They (Santander) were extremely apologetic and had hopes of this dealership doing the ethical thing and voiding the contract. They put notes on the account "just in case". I asked for decency, not special treatment. I will warn everyone about my horrible experience with this company. More

Ghosted by McLarty Nissan of Little Rip Off. FLEW in with a week's notice to purchase and pick up a Ford F-150. Get to the dealership and have to wait almost 3 hours while the service departme FLEW in with a week's notice to purchase and pick up a Ford F-150. At the point we have to leave (time wise) Ryan Higginbotham, the Internet Sales Manager brings the truck to the front with no repairs and promises to mail the sensors to us and have a local dealership install them. Ghosted with no parts. In addition, neither key fob works. One ONLY unlocks the vehicle the other does remote start and everything except that it kills the truck when you insert the key. All I had done was purchased my tires I will be back tomorrow to have them mounted. I will have more to review then. After chatting with a online agent she had someone to return my call. Josh immediately called me and I explained my situation to him and he found the tires within a 2 hour window like he had said.
