Drileyr responded

Dealer has not been able to provide documents to register the vehicle after over a month. Had to have tow equipment installed by aftermarket due to back order of wiring harness. Dealer says Nissan has not provided the MSO necessary for completing paperwork. Unfortunately, I can no longer rate the experience well as through many new vehicle purchases with no issues getting paperwork I cannot believe this is acceptable customer service.

Just thank Daniel for me. My first experience when I bought the car was very unpleasant. Afterwards, if I had it to do over, I would have walked out. Salespeople need to realize some people are not aware of every thing that they have to sign or just what they are signing. I was so rushed thru the process it was unreal. I know, I have bought numerous cars in my life, but never had this problem. I do understand a dealership, like any "store" has to make a profit to survive. But it needs to be in a way where the customer feels valued and not use another dollar for them. Cars are expensive. I wasn't shown any of the features on the car either. Just handed it over to me. I had to read the book for answers.
