Seamless process from start to finish! I was in the market for a new car and I wanted to take advantage of the year-end deals. I went to multiple dealerships in NLR, and drove every mid-sized SUV they market for a new car and I wanted to take advantage of the year-end deals. I went to multiple dealerships in NLR, and drove every mid-sized SUV they had to offer. The team here was far superior! From the initial interaction they were pleasant and professional. They weren’t trying to “sell” me. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. David Lee was my Salesman, and he was a gem. He simplified the process and made me feel at home. He went the extra mile and let me see the inventory at another location to find exactly what I wanted. The General Sales Manager, Mr. Valencia, was helpful and genuine, unlike some others I encountered during my shopping experience. I visited the dealership multiple times during the week and everyone I encountered was polite and personable. Daniel Reed and Shilo Mitchell worked their magic with getting me the best financing option to meet my needs. I was hesitant to approach car shopping, but these guys made it a pleasant experience.
