WORST Car Buying Experience I've Ever Encountered The people that work at this dealership are deceptive, dishonest and, blatantly deceptive. I found two cars I was interested in on Autotrader, both at The people that work at this dealership are deceptive, dishonest and, blatantly deceptive. I found two cars I was interested in on Autotrader, both at their dealership. They sold my first choice out from under me while I was negotiating. Zero remorse, zero apology, just simply told me it's no longer available. We then began negotiating the second car and I told them DO NOT SELL IT because I would pay cash for it if we didn't reach a financing deal. We had agreed to pay the price listed online because it was a "Certified" used car with low miles and it was reasonably priced. I agreed to the price (document fees INCLUDED in the sale price I was told) with a guy named Brandon and the E-Commerce Manager Eric Terry. HOWEVER, I get to the point of talking to the Finance Manager, Daniel Reed, and the monthly payment I was quoted was $60 higher than what it was suppose to be for the agreed price, down payment and interest rate I was given. TURNS OUT, when they sent the paperwork to Daniel, they tacked on an EXTRA $1000 TO THE SALE PRICE OF THE CAR. Accident or not, that event in itself is extremely unprofessional. But it doesn't stop there. They get back to me with the "correct" sale price, but now they've gone through a different finance company with a higher interest rate and they've TACKED ON DOC FEES onto the finance price. I then said to xxxx with financing this vehicle and OFFERED TO PAY CASH for the full price listed online. THEY TOLD ME NO. They said it was a finance only price but it WAS NOT LISTED ANYWHERE ON THE ADVERTISEMENT. These actions are ILLEGAL and I will be reporting them to the Arkansas Motor Company Commission, Better Business Bureau, and others to make sure they are held accountable for their dishonesty and attempts to deceive customers. Despite their "4.5 Stars" if you read reviews on Google and Facebook, this is not the first time they've attempted things like this and it WILL NOT BE THE LAST. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. More
Deceptive I was lied to and manipulated. I stated what I was interested in, fair price for used 4 Runner. I was badgered by 3 sale people (1 primary salesman, 2 "managers"). Ultimately it a I stated what I was interested in, fair price for used 4 Runner. I was badgered by 3 sale people (1 primary salesman, 2 "managers"). Ultimately it appears I paid about new car price for a 40K miles unwarranted vehicle and didn't get the features I wanted. Payment quotes were reduced by extending the payment period ( beyond what I'd been told,) not reducing the inflated list price. Questions such as percentage rates deflected or manipulated i.e. and that's when other employee would arrived to push the sale. I was repeatedly asked what were my limits/ expectations. Price value was my primary desire, but color and monthly payments were pushed. I see why they they enjoy working there. They have a wolf pack mentality. They work as a team to snare a deal. No real care for the customer. More

talk about milking the cow! felt i was taken advantage of Was not sold the internet price that car was advertised b/c it wasnt approved by NMAC, so they say..I wouldnt know, i never got a rejection letter li Was not sold the internet price that car was advertised b/c it wasnt approved by NMAC, so they say..I wouldnt know, i never got a rejection letter like i did the other companies....so unbeknowst to me 1,299 was tacked on to get approved by another company, in addition to a 1,500 road package that was totally optional, but i wasnt given a choice either. when asked about it.EVERYONE was clueless, Brody explained to me why and agreed that Ive shouldve been informed, he gave me a check for $97 to pay for the taxes on the Ultimate road pkg,( that i didnt have the option to opt out)...I end up having to pay sales tax on 16,148.00....thats 2,799 more than what the car was listed for......if a Customer dont know their options are at signing, they sure are NOT kind and NOT concerned enough to mention that its optional...bottom line, be considerate enough to inform the Customer of why they dont get it for the advertised price, in case they may wanna go with somethn cheaper, be considerate enough to give the customer an option or say in whether or not to add a 1500 pkg for somthn that's not mandated to buy......I felt they were more concerned about whats going in their pockets instead of what's coming out of mine.....this has cost me extra $$$, because you chose to think about your benefit rather than informing me of my options. Joseph lied then she went to the boss and asked him about it and he said that he had no record of Joseph saying anything of that nature and that he would personally take care of it his self and try to get Mom in her car he lied to now they want to sell my mom's car back to her that she had for a trade in which they only gave her $250 for they want to sell it back to her for 1500. Now my mom can not get tags on her car so she has to let the car go back and she is losing her Pathfinder that she's had for at least the last 10 years. Now my mom and her autistic grandson who is she is raising my mother who is disabled I cannot work has no ride because McLarty Nissan in North Little Rock miss my mom out of not one but two rides. More

After the paperwork was signed, i asked my question and was told what i needed would be mailed to me. That was a lie. When i called back to complain, i was put off for weeks. I am a disabled woman raising disabled grandkids on a fixed income and now i have no car. So, I was sexually harrassed by the salesman and treated like a six year old by the finance manager, given the run around by the sales manager and completely ignored by the general manger. He wont even return my calls. What goes around comes around and man, do they have it coming. More

I have 5 referrals to mclarty but now reconsidering I feel was taken advantage of. Want to return car cant afford tags More
