Normal Service I like having my car serviced at dealer in case of issues. People are always friendly and I am usually in and out. My only issue is that I am charged I like having my car serviced at dealer in case of issues. People are always friendly and I am usually in and out. My only issue is that I am charged differently every time I go in for same service. If you have coupons they bump up the cost so there is no benefit to customer. Also service advisors constantly changing. Must not be the best place to work if there is some one different ever other month. More

Failing customer service Customer service is going down. Use to someone would meet me at my car and ask what I needed and take my mileage for an oil change. Then they would call the guy to take me to work right away. This week I sat out there forever until I had to leave my car and enter the dept and ask if someone could help me. The guy who pulled up behind me went in before me and they helped him right away. When I went in three men totally ignored me until I had to ask if someone would help me. They had all looked at me and ignored me!!! Then I had to keep asking them to call the guy to take me to work. The only one who showed good customer service was the guy who takes me to work. He is always friendly. Then the service guy called me twice and each time I called him back I got his voicemail. So I called the number to service dept and was told twice he was busy. I never got to speak with him, not even when I picked up my car!!! I never got to hear what he found out or if I needed anything. Then I had to call twice to get them to send someone to pick me up. Bad management!!! Things are slipping badly. Then the cost for an oil change is $54.15!!!! What a rip off!!! I can go to Jiffy Lube or somewhere else cheaper and possibly get better customer service. You guys are slipping bad. What is the charge for Shop Charge Repair Order??? What is that? What repair???? According to the report they did not top off my coolant or power steering fluids!! They marked that my drive shaft and differential need immediate attention but I never got to speak to the guy. So I have no idea if there is a serious problem or they just want to sell me a service, Ridiculous! More
