Failing customer service Customer service is going down. Use to someone would meet me at my car and ask what I needed and take my mileage for an oil change. Then they would call the guy to take me to work right away. This week I sat out there forever until I had to leave my car and enter the dept and ask if someone could help me. The guy who pulled up behind me went in before me and they helped him right away. When I went in three men totally ignored me until I had to ask if someone would help me. They had all looked at me and ignored me!!! Then I had to keep asking them to call the guy to take me to work. The only one who showed good customer service was the guy who takes me to work. He is always friendly. Then the service guy called me twice and each time I called him back I got his voicemail. So I called the number to service dept and was told twice he was busy. I never got to speak with him, not even when I picked up my car!!! I never got to hear what he found out or if I needed anything. Then I had to call twice to get them to send someone to pick me up. Bad management!!! Things are slipping badly. Then the cost for an oil change is $54.15!!!! What a rip off!!! I can go to Jiffy Lube or somewhere else cheaper and possibly get better customer service. You guys are slipping bad. What is the charge for Shop Charge Repair Order??? What is that? What repair???? According to the report they did not top off my coolant or power steering fluids!! They marked that my drive shaft and differential need immediate attention but I never got to speak to the guy. So I have no idea if there is a serious problem or they just want to sell me a service, Ridiculous! More

Don’t buy in the rain! Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT that had been sitting in stock over 90 days. I called myself walking around the van to inspect it cosmeticall Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT that had been sitting in stock over 90 days. I called myself walking around the van to inspect it cosmetically and missed a three foot long scratch that has not effect on it cosmetically; it just gives it an ugly side. The real chafer was the tires on the drive axle. The salesman disclosed that it was a former rental which I already knew when I did my research. He indicated that it had been thoroughly inspected and he said it new tires. I noticed the tires were mismatched but that was not a deal killer. During the test drive the van handled funny when I got on the on-ramp to get on 67/167 south. I attributed it to the rain and rough on-ramp. A couple of days later it happened again and that was when I realized I was hydroplaning on tires that were not only slick but also dry rotted. Last week I ordered two new tires online to match the Firestone tires on the rear axle and they arrived yesterday. It has been my dry weather vehicle while I tried to locate matching tires. It has rained over 10 inches in the month of December in Little Rock. I find it hard to believe that David Surguine would put a used car out on the line that is unsafe to drive because of slick dry rotted tires. If the vehicle was really inspected prior to offering it to the public, he or she needs to go back to school and learn to read Braille. I would not knowingly purchase a used vehicle that is unsafe to drive. With that being said, I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from any of the McLarty dealerships. More
Way too expensive According to google the work done should have been about $230. I was charged $475. That is TWICE what it should have cost.
