Unhappy experience today I spent 3 hours getting a battery replaced on my 2 year old Armada. Paid nearly full price for a warranty replacement and did I mention it took 3 hour I spent 3 hours getting a battery replaced on my 2 year old Armada. Paid nearly full price for a warranty replacement and did I mention it took 3 hours to change this battery? I asked if I could take the battery with me and replace it myself. I was told the warranty would be voided and I would have to pay full price for the battery. So I paid $83 for a battery in a vehicle that’s 2 years old, and spent all morning to do it. I could have spent another $20 for a battery from a parts store, replaced the battery myself, and not wasted my whole morning. Lesson learned. I won’t be back. More

Website very misleading Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle shown on website; told previously it was available. However upon arrival we were told it had been sold. Salesman presented another vehicle that we did purchase, however were told dealer discounts shown on website were not available. Salesman was very nice and personable, however financing was a nightmare. Did not get a good interest rate even though we have outstanding credit. Expect to refinance in the very near future. More

Oil change Was told charge was $ 50.95. When I got the bill there was an $10.95 charge for shop supplies. I was not happy that i wasn't told about thos charge on Was told charge was $ 50.95. When I got the bill there was an $10.95 charge for shop supplies. I was not happy that i wasn't told about thos charge on the front end. Complained and was then told it was a tax. Then it should have said tax not shop supplies. And it should have been included in the price of the oil change. Wont be going back to McLarty. And will share with others so they wont be taken in too. More
