I had a concern and they took it seriously I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair. When I picked it up I thought the tire rotation had not been done and called the ser I took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair. When I picked it up I thought the tire rotation had not been done and called the service manager Steve. I brought the car back the next morning and he took the time to show me it was actually done. I take my car maintenance very seriously and I appreciate the willingness to show me it was done correctly. Thank you very much. More

Oil change & tire Rotation I got home & heard a funny noise & the sound would come & go!! I live 50 miles away so I was not in your area to bring it back in! After a few days of the sound coming & going a friend told me to check the lug nuts to see if the were loose! When I did every lug nut was loose on my wheels!! My friend said I could have really had a bad accident with all of them being loose like that! Also I’m not so sure if I didn’t ruin the rims driving it while they were loose all week! I’ve been taking my car to your service department for a long time!! I’m very disappointed! Someone needs to talk to the service department about making sure the wheels are tighten up after rotating them! I will be calling to talk to someone about this soon!!! More
