Service was awesome I was so frazzled when my transmission quit working that I had forgotten about the warranty. I called and spoke with Michael and he confirmed it was still under warranty, gave me the name of a tow company to get my car picked up and towed to the shop. Michael made sure to keep me informed of each step, from the arrival of my car, to talking to the warranty company and when it was completed. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. I am so thankful they were able to get my car working in one day. I want to say thank you to the mechanic that worked on my car, he did a great job! More

Great Service Went for regular maintenance. Let me know up front that it would probably be an hour and I'm fine with that as long as I know what to expect. They we Went for regular maintenance. Not a pleasant experience No enthusiasm of my salesman. Very cold and no responsive when I asked questions. Seems like it was his first time. I needed to go close to McClarty in North Little Rock Arkansas where I bought my car anyway, so I called them. The lady told me that I didn't need an appointment, just to come in. I pulled up to the service bay and was taken right in and was finished in about 20 minutes. They came back with my paperwork and told me I was good to go. When I asked if I owed anything, they told me I didn't owe a thing since I bought it there. I will be returning even though it is 80 miles from where I live. More
