I was not impressed with the communication with the service representative during the repair of my 2019 Silverado. Customers can't reach you. Poor automated phone prompts. Long wait times. Scheduled an appointment online. Got the car in within week. Within 24 hours they gave us what was wrong and it was covered under warranty. Car was finished within 48 hours of that. After calling around I finally got ahold of someone at Mcloughlin Chevrolet. The first person actually took the time to look up my VIN and see that I had recalls on my car. My experience at the service department was not the best. Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/13/22 for an appointment at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 12/14/22. I was told I would receive a call around 3 p.m. on Wednesd Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/13/22 for an appointment at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 12/14/22. I was told I would receive a call around 3 p.m. on Wednesday with an update, no call. I called around 4 to get information, I was told there were others ahead of me and that my car got started around 1 p.m. (9 a.m. appt.). I understand "things happen" but to not get a call with an update, even to tell me they started late is frustrating. Good thing I didn't need the car back until Thursday evening, because I had to call Thursday afternoon around 3 to get an update, still no call from Dealer. Bottom line, very poor communication. More
