I have some complaints about my last visit with McLoughlin Chevrolet. #1. Appointment scheduled for 9/18/2020 for recall #N192278390. I arrived only to find out the part was never ordered, was told McLoughlin Chevrolet. #1. Appointment scheduled for 9/18/2020 for recall #N192278390. I arrived only to find out the part was never ordered, was told it would be ordered. I asked to be contacted when the part was received to schedule a new appointment. 5-weeks go by, no call, so I called the dealership 10/26 and after being on hold for 10-minutes was told they had the part and could replace it the following week, appointment scheduled. #2. I arrived at the dealership 10-minutes early and checked in and told them I would wait for the service. I sat in the waiting room staring at my car in the parking lot for 1 1/2 hours then asked when it might be serviced. They got right on it and it was done 1/2 hour later and I was on my way. #3. The technician got dirt or grease on the headliner above the rear seat. I was able to clean it with a microfiber and a little Spray-N-Wash. No biggie, it happens, but I suggest a quick go over after servicing a vehicle next time so this doesn't happen to somebody else. I've had great service from this dealer in the past when I drove an ICE vehicle, the service on my Bolt EV leaves something to be desired. More
Service was great. A thermostat replacement fixed the seeming electronic issue we were having on our 2015 Suburban. Now here’s something a bit strange, yesterday the av display stopped working and af seeming electronic issue we were having on our 2015 Suburban. Now here’s something a bit strange, yesterday the av display stopped working and after looking behind the glove box found that one of the communications cables was not plugged in all the way in a module. No idea how that got loose but glad we didn’t have to go back those service trips get expensive. More

I took my tile in for an oil change and it was performed in a timely manner. Nothing but problems with service department. Will definitely be finding a new Chevy dealership to work in my truck. int he service department 7 times for the same problem. Every time I take the truck in for an oil change I leave with a new problem that requires me to take my vehicle back. The communication sucks. Overall McLoughlin Chevrolet service department has been a huge disappointment. More
