I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and had the best experience, Daniel my service advisor made sure everything I needed was taken care of and was very nice. Work completed reasonably quickly over 2 visits. First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace First visit was for diagnostic. Poor communication from dealership on keeping me updated on status. Warranty work part ordered. 2nd visit to replace part, done quicker than expected. Pick up process inadequate. My vehicle was parked across the road, had to ask to find it. While I appreciate the protective Mats seat cover and steering wheel covers used while working on my vehicle, I believe they should be removed by tech and my vehicle locked after the work is done. Overall work was done appears to have corrected the problem at this time. More

I have the additional warranty that was supposed to give me a loaner car which they would not even try to do and they didn’t even fix the issues.
