We can't say enough good things about our car shopping experience with Taylor. She made us feel extremely comfortable and at home, a stark contrast to the experiences we have had elsewhere. While we came with intentions of only looking, we quickly realized that they not only had the vehicle we wanted, but were going to be very reasonable in negotiating a fair deal. They beat the prices at other dealerships and were much more enjoyable to work with. We will continue to shop here for future vehicles and plan to recommend to friends as well! More

My vehicle was in their shop for 3 weeks with no updates. I would call every few days and would be told that they weren't sure on the status. At week 3 I drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person I would call every few days and would be told that they weren't sure on the status. At week 3 I drove to the dealership and spoke to them in person. It was then they told me what needed to be done and it was finished within 2 days. Very frustrating. More
