I would have given a five star rating but my attempts to have the Service Manager return a call to me for two days went without response. I finally had to call the sales line to talk to a person. I just needed to ask if i needed to make an appointment for an oil change! I was able to ask the young lady who answered the sales line and she told me i could just walk in. So i came right to the service dept and the whole experience became a positive one. Mr Trump greeted me as soon as i drove into the bay and was so helpful. I was made to feel like I was an important customer and that he wanted me to be one of the most important customers, A REPEAT CUSTOMER! My. Ram was serviced in reasonable time and as i left one of the Service Techs told me to have a nice day. The only complaint I have was not being contacted by the Service Manager at all. He was the weak link on that day…… More
