The service department is a joke in nicest terms. My car was purchased from Stokes back in March before it was bought out. The sales department was WONDERFUL. The car's radio stopped working. I took the car in to see if it could be fixed and covered by warranty. The car was looked at. Told it would need a new radio, but it would be at least two weeks before the part would be in and to bring it back. Took the car back two weeks later, The wrong part was ordered. Told to bring it back in a week after the new part was ordered. Took the car in for the 3rd time. Part was installed. They offered to clean the car, oil change for free, and gas since it was my third time taking it up there. Car was cleaned and gas was given. Car not due for an oil change. Got the car home, radio still not fixed. Car is now picked up at my home making this the fourth time the car would be returning. A loaner was provided now since this was the fourth time. The car was returned to me after being fixed, but it has a nice aroma of cigs, The car was smoked in. There are ashed left in my door. If you're looking for a service department to do work on your vehicle in a timely manner, this is not the one for you. This is poor service to say the least. More
