While looking around the lot a very knowledgeable man approached us. The way he was conducting himself we assumed he was management and it put us at ease because we don't like the back and forth between approached us. The entire experience was very smooth and easy and it made it a very enjoyable process! As we were leaving the sales manager greeted us. That's when we realized our manager was only a salesman.. My opinion lost opportunity in that young man and I really hope he has moved up when we buy our next car from him. More
