Friendly, accommodating, and fast. We drove by and saw the car we had been looking for and Regina had us in it and driving in minutes. While we waited for our paperwork to process, we were served lunch, drinks and great hospitality. Regina is so very personable, as if we were working with a family member. Unbelievably awesome experience! Due to a recent accident with our car, we were suddenly put into the market to get another car. We looked at a couple other manufacturers, but the car we were replacing was an older Lexus that treated us very well. I happened to receive an email from Meade Lexus of Lakeside with leases on used models and one caught our eye. I stopped in and met Charlie Treba as I walked in the door, explained our situation and the email I received and in short time, had a deal on a 2012 model that my wife fell in love with. It was extremely similar to our other car, except 11 years newer, and she felt very comfortable driving this car. The day we picked it up, the car was very clean, Jocelyn Wyatt went over all the features on the car to make sure we were familiar with them, and signing the papers was a breeze.
