brought my SUV for bulb change..was recommended $2000 repairs. it was a shocker!. the bill says "customer requested battery change" fact: i was told the battery is not holding power and i need to change repairs. it was a shocker!. the bill says "customer requested battery change" fact: i was told the battery is not holding power and i need to change the battery. In all our years buying cars, Charlie was our best experience with a salesperson. He is knowledgeable, courteous, yet friendly and funny. Charlie was able to find us the car we wanted in the exterior and interior colors we preferred.
