New Pre-Owned Car I had the most amazing salesperson help me find the perfect car for me. Vugar (Vinny) took the time to get to know me, asked great questions and stee I had the most amazing salesperson help me find the perfect car for me. Vugar (Vinny) took the time to get to know me, asked great questions and steered me towards the right car. There are sooo many makes and models so the process can be overwhelming but Vugar made it so simple and off I went in my beautiful Lexus 350. Vugar doesn't know this but I did some comparison shopping and not only were the other dealerships unprofessional and cheesy, no one measured up to Vugar's trust level and professionalism. The other cars were also not in the same league as Lexus. It was a no brainer to go with Vugar and Lexus - what a team! More

I couldn't imagine having a luxurious Lexus ES 350 without the service guidance of Tony K. His skills in his job is very unassuming--he is just knowledgeable and I have never encountered a situation he has not resolved. At this year comes to a close, I am incredibly grateful to Meade having a person of this caliber in their employ. I must mention Nancy and her team at the front desk. I don't intend to ever imagine her not being at the front desk--welcoming an individual into the Service department is an art of hers and her team. She does it as if we mean something to Meade and she doesn't it with grace, style and a pure level of sincerity. Let's face it, there are no cheap Lexus vehicles, each car is beautiful with an incredible style and performance to match--these are the people that make my making those monthly payments--okay. Exceptional experience I left a voicemail and email inquiring about test driving a vehicle. Ryan contacted me the very next morning. Another employee contacted me as well. Ryan ensured the vehicle that I was looking at was properly detailed before I laid eyes on it. This vehicle was a one owner RX. I was purchasing it for my wife. Ryan was willing to drive the vehicle to her job where she could see it. She was not available. Though, she did come to the dealership when she got off work. She drove it and fell in love. Ryan had to step away for a moment. He left us with Marissa. Marissa noticed my wife's coach purse and informed her that this was the coach addition RX. We were sold. Ryan also introduced me to his manager. They were willing to offer financing if needed. When I came to pick up the plate, I worked with Russ. Russ was very knowledgeable. He broke down the entire history of the RX series from beginning to current. Ryan also allowed me to borrow a Christmas ribbon to place on the vehicle for surprising my wife. Ryan even made sure that I got a car wash for my already owned, ES 350 when picking up the ribbon. They even swapped my Spring mats with all the Winter mats for me. I told Ryan that my wife was starting to get suspicious. He suggested that we keep looking at vehicles. I did so. She was none the wiser. Ryan also provided the keychain so I had something to wrap one surprising my wife. Ryan, Russ, Marissa and the whole team at Meade Lexus of Southfield gave us an exceptional experience. More
