MY WIFE JAYNE, SENT E-MAIL TO LITHIA VOLKSWAGEN WANTING TO KNOW IF THEY HAD ANY USED NEW BEETLES IN STOCK THAT WERE NOT WORN OUT COMPLETLY. WE DID NOT KNOW IF WE COULD QUALIFY FOR ANYTHING BUT WE THOUGHT W TO KNOW IF THEY HAD ANY USED NEW BEETLES IN STOCK THAT WERE NOT WORN OUT COMPLETLY. WE DID NOT KNOW IF WE COULD QUALIFY FOR ANYTHING BUT WE THOUGHT WE WOULD TRY ANYWAY. WE WERE CONTACTED BY BILLY DAY AND JAYNE GAVE HIM THE CREDIT APP OVER THE PHONE. IN A VERY SHORT TIME HE CALLED US BACK AND TOLD US WE WERE QUALFIED FOR A LEASE ON A BRAND NEW BEETLE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE SHOCKED!!!! THANKS TO BILLY DAY AND RYAN RASMUSSEN WHO TOOK US ON A ROAD TEST, WE NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW NEW BEETLE AND WE LOVE IT, ESPECIALY JAYNE BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN STUCK WITH ONLY ONE CAR SINCE I HAD MY LAST STROKE IN MAY OF 2009. Hello, first off let me start by saying we LOVE our new 2012 Volkswagen Routan. I would like to tell you how we arrived at Lithia. Our experience with shopping for a VW Routan began with Internet searc 2012 Volkswagen Routan. I would like to tell you how we arrived at Lithia. Our experience with shopping for a VW Routan began with Internet searches. We called on a used Routan in Vancouver and made arrangements over the phone to go look at it, explaining to the dealer that I was pre approved and ready to buy the car if everything was as stated. After 3 hours of driving there, they called with a bogus story about it needing to be detailed, then a call that someone was test driving it, then WE called and heard it had been sold. "Sorry, first come first served, blah blah, but we have couple new ones for you!" I told the dealer that their business was awful and I would rather drive to the other end of the state to buy a car! On my way home we stopped in Eugene and test drove a used one. Got the run around on a price, asked for the car fax which HE read to us. When I asked to read it myself I found the car had been a rental, and wow did the price go down! When we contacted Billy we had been through the car buying ringer. He was so kind, understanding and most of all willing to do what he could to make Lithia different. Billy's service was immediate, straight-forward and helpful. At times if he didn't know the answers, he asked and got back to us quickly! He was friendly, thoughtful and a human being before a salesman. Over the years we have bought many cars.
