I showed up and my first interaction with a salesperson said my salesperson wasn't there despite me making sure he would be and verified through text 5 mins prior. I provided my SS# and applied online and called to verify with Matt to make sure everything was on the up-n-up. i was placed in front of Finance person Jennifer - very nice - she ran my credit and I was approved; however, that is where I found out the van and price i came to purchase changed.
