New Car Warranty With all of the technology in cars today its not unheard of to have a glitch as I did with the on board computer. Mentor Nissan Service contacted Nissan Support and on their advice reloaded the software into the computer and that fixed the issue. My experience from the sales department and now with service has been excellent. I am very happy with my 2018 Rogue. More
Excellent Overall! I've just bought a CPO 2015 Nissan Versa from this dealership; and the process was super smooth and easy. The test drive was great and when I noticed I've just bought a CPO 2015 Nissan Versa from this dealership; and the process was super smooth and easy. The test drive was great and when I noticed a defective passenger door mirror, I was assured it would be corrected, and it was. The car was in excellent condition and the sale process was fast and efficient. There was only 1 ignition key available; but Andrew our sales person assured us that a second key would be ready for pick up next week. We were waiting a while the following day to collect the car and sign paperwork; but that was because it was end of the month and very busy. The used car manager, Brian, gave us a voucher for a free tank of gas good for the remainder of 2018, which was pretty good of him! :-) This was to make up for our inconvenience. So, overall an excellent experience! Thank you everyone! We're very happy with our Versa! More

Awesome I started looking to trade my high mileage car that also had negative equity, last august. My credit isnt perfect either. I went to 4 dealers and the I started looking to trade my high mileage car that also had negative equity, last august. My credit isnt perfect either. I went to 4 dealers and they could not or would not help me. My co-worker told me to try ganley in mayfield he used to work there. I called and spoke to sales, they never called me back. My last ditch effort was when I called Mentor Nissan. The salesman Paul took my info and called me the next morning to come in. From there I met the sales mgr. they told me I was approved and next thing I know Im signing for a new 2017 Sentra. The cash back offer on the Sentra helped with my negative equity, Terri, the Finance Director was easy to understand and patient, she also gave me some good advice,for the future. Other dealers told me it was impossible, no bank will finance you with or without your trade. Mentor Nissan is the BEST!!! Thanks!!! . More
terrible So i go into mentor Nissan about a week ago around 6:00pm with my girlfriend when i first walked in the door my sale rep was Jessica she was very frie So i go into mentor Nissan about a week ago around 6:00pm with my girlfriend when i first walked in the door my sale rep was Jessica she was very friendly and very nice, she let me test drive the car i wanted to try and get. once we got back to the dealership i explained my credit situation and waited for them to draw some numbers up. when she came back over she said could you print this and could you print that and i had no problem doing these things. its now 8:00pm and im still waiting on a answer and results. after all this time being here she said she would have the sales manager Terri look into it. i said ok i am waiting to hear something back the next day and no call. i waited the next day no call but i get a text message that says shes still working on it. i texted her back many of times with no reply the reason why was because of my credit score. i wish she would of just told me straight up that this wouldnt work out but no she didnt i was excited for the whole week to hope to go in and put down what i had has a down payment but no the sales rep Jessica and who ever terri is the mysterious person that i never ever got a chance to talk to just gave up. but i want people to know that this place is very very very xxxxty and they only treat people good with good credit scores they dont treat everyone equal. i will be thinking about filing a lawsuit due to this, and no im not just trying to get a car or want the dealership to call me to try and talk about this because the way i feel whats said is already done. i will tell my family and friends and alot of other people to stay away from this dealership. More
