Just to update everyone, after my review here and on google, ONLY then did mercedes benz of manhattan even TRY to speak to me, as you can see above, only to sway my reviews here but that wont happen, what is wrong is wrong. Non the less, they do not want to own up to their mistakes, try to help or make anything better. My car was brought to them in 100% working condition and given to me back with numerous errors and a dead battery during its 2 weeks at the dealer. Stay away from them as a fellow car lover and continue making honest reviews as it helps and these companies hear and listen!
