So, upon visiting Dan today for a service call, I reminded myself to resubmit my opinion which I do not have to but because I WANT TO, for the benefit of Benz owners. This place has made a dramatic turn around for the better. -------------------------------------------------------- Dear Mr. Wilson, Kindly refer to my visit to your dealership this past Wednesday and subsequently earlier today. As mentioned, I had avoided taking my vehicle for any service issue(s) to your location for the past two years because of previous unsavory experiences. Excellent customer service spells the unwritten mission statement of any distinguished business. In your case, I wish to state as under:- I am very glad that I did meet with you. You provided me with an outstanding service that was professional yet personal, befitting a true Benz dealership. I can safely assume that your other customers would share my opinion of your uncommon people’s skills. Having being a long time owner of the Benz brand both here & abroad, I trust you would carry on to bring a smile to your customers with your positive & understanding demeanor that is bound to win for you and your dealership - priceless goodwill. Top Service Dept The courtesy and efficiency of the their service department was one of the biggest factors on us being loyal to buying Mercedes cars over the years. S The courtesy and efficiency of the their service department was one of the biggest factors on us being loyal to buying Mercedes cars over the years. Service is usually fair priced and we have never had a problem that was not taken care of professionally, If you need a loaner - they will provide. We have owned 3 Mercedes that we have had serviced at this dealer over the years and frankly have had very little problems. Basically, by getting regular service at recommended intervals Mercedes Benz cars are a joy to own. More

WARM and WELCOMING I called the dealership this morning regarding a tire. They said they had the tire in stock. When I arrived (a 39 mile ride) they were waiting for m I called the dealership this morning regarding a tire. They said they had the tire in stock. When I arrived (a 39 mile ride) they were waiting for me and welcoming. They took me to the waiting room and served me coffee. Though I was not buying a new car my salesman Kyle came to greet me. I was out in less than 45 minutes and I made an appointment for tomorrow to have my rim fixed (9am). The service department could not have been more professional or efficient. I LOVE Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and would not consider going to another dealership! More
