It has been 3 weeks since we first brought the ML 350 in for service... for not passing DEQ test. After visiting the service department twice, we picked up the vehicle this morning and went to take the DEQ for service... for not passing DEQ test. After visiting the service department twice, we picked up the vehicle this morning and went to take the DEQ test... it didn’t pass because the on board computer didn’t show the VIN number.. therefore cannot complete the test. I called MB service department three times and no one calls back... very disappointed for the service. Lawrence Sze More

Easy and thorough, wish there was a phone charging station since I was left without a vehicle and no lenders available.
